The Thomas Regout range provides a high quality rolled steel telescopic slide with precision sequential movement. Typically used on tool storage and automotive stillages, the slides are available in lengths up to 1500mm and 300kg loading.
To compliment this range, FlexFit linear rails are the latest addition, providing long length fixed rails, in two sizes and choice of materials in steel or stainless. There are also two options on size of carrier and the rails are supplied pre-drilled ready for use. This is a very economical and easy to fit solution.
Professional Range telescopic slides are stocked in lengths up to 2,000mm and the DTS compact style of design suits machine guarding, especially with interchangeable steel and stainless 316L materials.
Our Radial Linear Rails are manufactured in aluminium and can be supplied in lengths up to 5.5 metres from stock. Utilising aluminium carriers and a choice of steel or Delrin clad bearings for a near silent operation. The rails are supplied undrilled and cut to length from stock.
Saibo Motion products are smooth running aluminium rails re-enforced with hardened steel raceways with an HRC of 60. This is an economical alternative to other precision systems already on the market. Stocked in lengths up to 3000mm across the range, we can supply with confidence. The compact LGA & LGB rails have been developed for demanding, high stroke applications such as machine guarding. The bearings are in sealed units and not the recirculating ball bearing type which are open to the elements. A wiper system is available as an option on all carriers.
We also stock all sizes of Saibo shaft Induction hardened and precision-ground shafts for linear motion applications. All shafts are manufactured to extremely close tolerances for surface finish, roundness, hardness and straightness to provide long service life with reduced maintenance.
Shafts are made from high quality carbon steel 45C and induction hardened to HRC 60-62. Heat treatment on specialized equipment assures uniformity of hardness. The minimum depth of hardness is carefully controlled. Shafts are precision-ground to the extremely close diameter tolerance of g6 as a standard and beyond where necessary.
