CONBAS Base Mounts - Pull Out Trays & Bike Stowage

Container Red fully locking slides are now supplied with a flexible bracket system, allowing them to be used as a highly economical CONBAS base mount. Supplied with four bracket options fitted to the slides, this is a highly flexible system allowing floor mount with either under or top mount. This is supplied complete as a two slide set (LH & RH). A bracket is fitted to the inner beam, supporting the drawer. A second bracket is mounted into the floor. The locking system is integrated into the slides, which are a standard pair of CONRED locking slides. CAD drawings are available only for the CONRED slides. Simply choose bracket options A,B,C or D and the system is supplied similar to the image below (showing option A). The brackets are easily removed and can be re-fitted in any orientation.

Pull Out Trays & Bike Stowage
Our newly launched CONBIKE & CONTRAY pull-outs are designed as a drop in system for single and multiple bikes, or general stowage trays. All trays have sturdy CONRED 60” (1524mm) fully locking telescopic slides fitted to provide full extension. Static load capacity is 200kg across all tray sizes. Comes with a fitted CONBAS flexible bracket system, providing a quick and simple installation. The top trays are made from laser cut and folded 3mm sheet steel. They are finished with a high quality, black powder coated surface protection. The modular designed, slotted tray enables multiple, offset mounting positions, with all forks at the front of the tray, as well as alternating front and rear. The 1800mm tray length allows ample space to suit all makes and models of bike. The low profile and space saving layout keeps your van neat and tidy when not in use. We no longer supply the bike mounting brackets.
Reduce the stated load capacity by 30% if fitting to a moving vehicle, due to shock & vibration. With upgraded locking mechanism and material, we are pleased to announce the CONRED Fully Locking Slides are now certified to EN 60068-2-64 Standard (Environmental testing - Ground vehicle installations: Vibration, random, and guidance). This Standard simulates various types of vibration and shaking during transportation on loads up to 150kg (330Ibs). Do not use Container Slides for access steps or any application where the loading is dynamic or not evenly displaced along the beams.
