The Professional Range is designed with a high resistance to shock and vibration, with carbon steel DTS slides tested on nuclear submarines, withstanding up to 30g pulse loading.Interchangeable stainless steel 316L for low electro-magnetic signature and lightweight aluminium slides 6082 T6/6005A are standard.

The General Devices range of solid bearing friction slides is particularly suited to shipborne 19” rack mounting, with unique options, such as lock out, detachable and pivoting beams.

We can supply compete fabricated sliding units from radio set base mounts through to complete generator cradles with our heavy duty slides and locks fitted.

We also have an extensive range of tool and weapons mounts in rubber, polymer and stainless steel for the secure stowage of military equipment.
