4080.TFS-43 Full Extension (2,061-4,908 N radial load/slide) Hardened

The Saibo TFS (Telescopic Full Extension ‘S’ Beam) Range is manufactured from two TPE rails and an intermediate S-shaped central element, giving excellent rigidity and load capacity. The use of a S-shaped central element gives the rail a slim profile, whilst maintaining minimal deflection in its extended state.

All Saibo steel ball-races are induction hardened to 58+4 HRC. Similar to that of the running bearings, allowing for very low displacement forces, yet increased longitudinal acceleration. In addition to the induction hardened raceways, the beams have an enhanced black zinc 20µm corrosion protection which is both RoHS and REACH compliant. The manufacturing process is controlled by ISO9001/2015.

Saibo telescopic slides are designed for industrial applications requiring robustness and precision. The compact design of the rail specifies a four point bearing contact, with a very smooth travel and zero play between the beams. This is achieved by a unique V rail system where the bearings can run with minimal friction and wear.

All Saibo steel ball-races are induction hardened to 58+4 HRC similar to that of the running bearings, allowing for very low displacement forces, yet increased longitudinal acceleration. The durability and excellent wear resistance of Saibo telescopic slides makes them ideal for applications such as train doors/battery rafts, warehouse shuttles and robotic precision pick & place. We presently have 28 and 43mm profiles, with 35mm to follow in 2020. Saibo telescopic slides & linear rails are designed as an economical drop in replacement for current European manufactured product without compromising quality or performance.

The load capacities indicated on our high-end range represent the maximum load that can be carried whilst causing a slide deflection at full extension of no more than 1% of the slide's closed length. This is a much higher and more rigorous standard than is typically used by others for measuring slide load capacities, as a results our customers have come to rely on Sliding System's products for their durability and strength.

Our range also includes slides that operate with ultra-high precision based on innovative roller bearing technology, and which are self aligning.
