The HERCULES is a heavy duty 2 beam slide suitable for partial extension drawers requiring a very smooth action whilst under load.

Manufactured from formed rolled steel and bright zinc plate, the load capacity is 192kg and are tested to 100,000 cycles. This slide is made in Europe to the highest quality available in the market. There are various formats and options available with the HERCULES slide, such as soft close, easy release, locks and two way extension.

There are various formats and options available with the HERCULES slide, such as soft close, easy release, locks and two way extension.

Plating is bright zinc chromate as standard, with an optional black passivation.Designation: NEN - EN 12329-Fe/Zn5/F/T2. Layer thickness: Average 5µm. Corrosion resistance: Minimum 120 hours neutral salt spray (ISO-9227/ ASTM- B 117) before zinc corrosion (white) occurs.

Load ratings are tested to 100,000 cycles. There is specific test data available for lifespans of 10,000 cycles, where the loadings may be substantially increased. Please consult our sales engineers for further information.

One day we could be talking to an ambitious DIY customer who wants to install a removable console tray in his game room and the next project could be a whole building interior refurbishment destined for micro flats. Whilst each project represents different challenges and requirements we are confident in finding a suitable slide or linear rail.

Standard furniture fittings will suit the Thomas Regout or Fulterer range of rolled steel slides and linear rail. Whereas high end architectural furniture design may call for aluminium drawer slides, such as the 8027/8028 or the aluminium T6 slide from our professional range.

To suit yacht interior design, we can supply Viadana chandlery and stainless steel 316L telescopic slides.

Museum Storage

Specification and design of linear movement systems incorporating linear rails and telescopic slides for use in machine guarding applications and the design and installation of manufacturing, cargo handling and other situation specific plant and machinery.

In such industrial applications, reliability and robustness are key requirements. When incorporated into automated plant, movement precision is also vital. The load capacities indicated on our high-end range represent the maximum load that can be carried whilst causing a slide deflection at full extension of no more than 1% of the slide's closed length. This is a much higher and more rigorous standard than is typically used by others for measuring slide load capacities, as a results our customers have come to rely on Sliding System's products for their durability and strength.

Our range also includes slides that operate with ultra-high precision based on innovative roller bearing technology, and which are self aligning.

Our design team has the ability to offer all or any of these components when working alongside your own engineering team.

Shop Fitting & Display

The retail sector is increasingly becoming a shopping ‘experience’ therefore the fittings for such outlets are vital to fit the bill. With our full range of slides, we can help you achieve both design and functionality.

Our lighter duty slides are well suited for smaller drawers or applications where little load is applied when extended. If the project requirements are to move a wall from its original position to display goods a bottom mount slide might be more suitable due to space restrictions. The Fulterer Range of vertical pull out slides provides stability, load capacity as well as the sleek design required in current retail outfits. All slides in the Fulterer range are available in different finishes (white, grey and black) which can be supplied against MOQ’s.
