New to our Hegra Performance Range are two of the largest telescopic slides ever produced, the FOB200 & FOB240. These slides have been designed to carry extreme loads at extreme lengths whilst under extreme shock and vibration.
Designed for a military application where 1,000kg was required to be supported with 2,000mm of extension and a safety factor of x2, we have raised the bar on what a telescopic slide can achieve.
Sales Manager, Colleen Roberts was involved in the project from the start ”We already have a 150mm profile in our range but this was at the far end of its’ capacity. Now being able to offer 200 and 240mm profiles we can support the higher reach of military generators and aircraft wingspans at extreme lengths”
