4080.LGV25XL - Linear Rail - 1,200-3,000 N radial load/slide

The Saibo V rail system (LGV) as standard, consists of a Double Edge Spacer Rail, Black Anodised Aluminium Carriage Plate, two Concentric Bearings, two Eccentric Bearings, Cap Wipers or Lubricators. Rails in all sizes are machined from Cold Drawn, Induction Hardened Steel, manufactured in Germany. The rail is then Precision Ground on both running surfaces and mounting surfaces. This provides a high precision/quality rail with excellent wear resistance and hardening properties to 62 HRC.

The LGV range is designed to work in dirty conditions, even at high speeds. Unlike regulating ball rails, the LGV system will not catastrophically fail, even when wear does occur. Maintenance/adjustability of the systems can be achieved by adjusting the Eccentric bearings to the required tolerance.

The LGV system includes Double Edge Space Rail, Carriage Plate, Concentric Bearings, Eccentric Bearings, Cap Seals or Lubricators. These components are designed to be interchangeable with all international standard suppliers.

Double Edge Spacer Rail: Manufactured from high quality bearing steel. Deep hardened on the rails running surface for increased wear resistance.

The 70° Double V running surfaces are ground together to ensure parallelism. The body of the rail remains soft allowing for extra holes to be machined if required. There are 3 standard sizes available, with a maximum single length of 1980mm for PG1 (Precision Grade 1) and 5,500mm for PG3 (Precision Grade 3). Longer lengths can be achieved with butted sets, however this can only be done with P1 grade rail

Concentric & Eccentric Bearings: Manufactured from high quality bearing steel. Whole body hardened for high wear resistance. Can be supplied as either Twin or Double Row Bearings.

All bearings are supplied as standard with shot fixing bolts, longer fixing bolts available on request.

Cap Seals: Lubricated felt wipers within the cap seal contact the working surface to increase load capacity and life of the system.

By covering the bearing with a cap seal, extra protection is given against dust and dirt ingress.

Lubricators: The Lubricated felt wiper contacts the rails working surface to increase load capacity and life of the system. The felt wiper is pressed lightly by a small spring on to the rails working surface to ensure minimal friction. Lubricant is re-filled through a fill hole on back of the unit.
