GSF Sliding Systems' range of shock and vibration resistant telescopic slides, made from high strength cold drawn steel, now offers better load bearing capability at lower cost.

For example, our range of superior performance drawer slides includes the super-slim STR ball bearing slide which offers 350Kg of load capacity despite having a minimal slider width of only 20mm comparably priced vs the curent market price, but with up to 3 times the load capacity.  GSF's shock resistant range of sliders and rails includes partial (70%), full (100%) and over (150%) extension capability and is ideally suited for vehicle and train based applications and other similar environments where shock and vibration would cause damage to a lesser slide.

Performance Range

GSF Sliding Systems’ New range of telescopic slides are manufactured in Germany using professionally cold rolled and machined cold drawn sections.  

This new range consists of ‘C’ section slides, offering excellent load carrying capability with a narrow width. Available in two beam (50% extension), 3 beam (100 % extension) and 4 beam (150% extension), they can be used in a variety of applications and can withstand shock and vibration conditions.

Options of Lock in and out are available and slides can be customised to suit specific customer applications. The Performance range is retro-fittable thus matching other manufacturer’s slide profiles, so ideal for spares requirements and slide upgrades.

Precision Hardened Range
A range of high precision hardened sliders and railes offers superbly smooth and accurate linear motion, together with and easy fit due to the self aligning and self lubricating capabilities of the product.

With hardened ball and roller tracks, this premium product range works comfortably with very high loads up to 5000kg and in highly automated applications.

Utility Range

Rolled steel slides which have excellent load carrying capabilities whilst being very cost effective, they are ideal for general applications such as storage on light duty vehicles, museum storage units etc...

The range incluses a slider with a lock-in/lock-out functionality and is available from stock in lengths from 200mm-1500mm.

Stainless Steel Range

Roller Bearing Range

GSF Sliding Systems' new range of roller bearing slides utilise sealed roller bearings so that the extension os smooth, quiet, migration free.

Best suited to applications where the drawer may be short stroked, or have high repititions such as museum and industrial kitchen drawers. In this case standard ball bearings can migrate and affect the functioning of the slide.

Available in mild and stainless steel.

Precision Linear Range
GSF Sliding Systems' range of Precision Linear Rail fitted with one or more roller bearing carriers provides a linear motion solution in a vast range of applications, such as sliding doors and machine guarding.

Systems are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminium and with load bearing capacities ranging from 5Kg per carrier through to 600Kg per carrier.

Slide & Tilt Drawer Systems

  
GSF's award winning slide and tilt system sets the standard for flexible and modular slide out and tip down drawers used in fire and rescue vehicles and other similar applications.

Used in conjunction with push button double handes, the system is designed to maximise the operator's safe control of a heavy tipdown drawer, providing safe access to equipment stowed in drawers at chest height and above.

Handles and Locks
  
GSF Sliding Systems has a growing range of handles and other high strength Components for use on vehicles  GSF's double front drawer handle, for example is designed to eliminate the risk of possible pinch injury for a gloved hand, and gives the operator excellent control over the movement of a potentially heavy drawer. 

This drawer handle is now complemented by the latest addition to the range, GSF's Vector T Handle with compression latch, ideal for stowage compartment doors. 

These two products are ideal for use on fire trucks and other types of emergency, first response and homeland security vehicles, and other new products will soon be added to our handle range.
